2. What is Pet-Joy.com? Pet-Joy.com is a manufacturer that sells dog beds for your dog exclusively. We are dedicated to providing only 'Top' quality, comfort and style products!
3. What materials do you use? The complete bedding range is made from 100% quality materials , making them very durable for the many years to come. Additionally, all beds are extremely comfortable and filled or enclosed on very dense filling giving your pet that extra 'snug' and comfortable feeling.
4. Is a purchase warranty included? Yes. All products are guaranteed for 30 days against manufacturing defects. There are no exchanges or refunds after 30 days.
5. What sets Pet-Joy.com apart from the competition? At Pet-Joy.com, we're committed to making your shopping experience a simple and positive one. We know that shopping online can be a frustrating experience and that there are a lot of companies out there, some better than others. 6. How long will my order take? With GLS STANDARD, orders are delivered between 3 to 7 working days. If you would like to e-mail us, we will give you an approximate date.
7. What if I have ordered the wrong item! You can return undamaged/still in original packaging items - but there is a 25% restocking fee, and you'll have to pay for the shipping (and insurance if desired).
8. What if you have sent the wrong item! Pet-Joy will cover all shipping costs if a wrong sent item has been delivered. Sometimes mistakes are made whilst processing your order. Please e-Mail us, and we'll arrange for our transporting agent to pick up the parcel right away, sorry. Once the parcel has been returned to our warehouse, we will examine and then send you the correct purchased item.
9. What if I am overcharged! This has never occurred up till now- but mistakes are always possible, please e-Mail us as soon as possible. Please check over your invoice completely - was there tax? - was there shipping charge ? Once we have checked up your mail, we will resolve this right away to everyones satisfaction.
10. What about quality and durability? Every product we sell has been manufactured to our specifications for the highest possible quality and durability. It is durable, easy to clean, and will handle most dogs. For these reasons, the Pet-Joy brand should provide years of use for your pet.
