Delivery Terms
DPD - (standard shipping partner)
Pet-Joy Products will ship your order within 7 – 9 days* after your order is processed. Transit times are approx. 4 to 6 days depending on package departure dates. All beds are sold FOB, ARENDONK - Belgium and you are responsible for delivery charges from our warehouse to your home. There is a minimum transport charge of 5.00 EUR which, depending on the type of bed ordered, could cover up to 4 beds ! Any customers that would like further information should please contact info@pet-joy.com. All sales are final. The freight charges below are the cost of shipping your order to your doorstep..

Shipment Confirmations.
When you order has been shipped, Pet-Joy Products will send you a confirmation email, informing you what we shipped, when, where to, and how it was shipped. You will be given a GLS tracking number (if applicable). Please allow 1 day* after receiving the email for your tracking number to appear. http://www.gls-belgium.com for GLS shipments. Just enter the tracking number that we give you into the box, and you will be able to find out exactly where your shipment is.
Shipping Address Changes.
Once your order has been submitted, shipping information cannot be changed. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfilment process, we are unable to modify any information pertaining to that particular order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope that in the majority of cases, our faster processing time works to your advantage.
